Moto G4 to be launched in India on 22nd June

Motorola, the Lenovo-owned company has confirmed the launch date of Moto G4. Moto G4 will be available in India from June 22nd and will be exclusively sold through e-commerce portal Motorola earlier launched Moto G4 Plus in India in the variants priced at Rs 13,499 for 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, and Rs 14,999 for the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. Moto series phones earlier were available exclusively on Flipkart,  while starting this year the Moto G phones were sold only on Amazon. Moto G4 is said to be made available in Black and White colour variants.

Moto G4 Features:

The Moto G4 is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 (MSM8952) SoC coupled with an Adreno 405 GPU. The gadget runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. With a pixel density of 401ppi,  it sports a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display  and has a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

Moto G4 is supported by a 3000mAh battery and comes with a TurboCharger which can provide 6 hours’ worth of charge in 15 minutes. The smartphone weighs 155 grams and has dimensions 153×76.6×9.8 mm. On the Connectivity front,  options include Bluetooth v4.1, 4G LTE support,  Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Micro-USB, 3.5mm audio jack, and GPS/ A-GPS. Moto G is expected to compete with yet to be launched Huawei Honor 5C and already launched Le Eco Le 2.

Lenovo, earlier on the sidelines of Tech World 2016 unveiled Moto Z and Moto Z Force with Moto Mods. In the same event, Lenovo also unveiled the first Tango smartphone Lenovo Phab 2 Pro, developed in association with Google.
