Reliance LYF Flame 3 launched, priced at Rs.3,999

Reliance LYF has unveiled a new smartphone Reliance LYF Flame 3 under the existing Flame series. This is an entry-level phone with basic specifications is currently available on Reliance owned e-commerce portal HomeShop 18. This entry level smartphone comes with 4G LTE connectivity along with the Voice-over-LTE feature.

The Flame 3 sports a 4-inch WVGA resolution display and is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor along with 512MB of RAM. The gadget has a Dual SIM phone and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. Of the two sim slots, one slot supports 4G and the other one supports 2G connectivity. On storage aspects, the smartphone comes with a 4GB of internal storage and an expandable memory of 32GB by SD card. Camera options include a 5MP rear camera with LED Flash and front facing camera 2MP.

Connectivity options include 4G + VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS and can have seamless connectivity under the Jio 4G network. Other aspects include FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack. At a decent price tag of Rs. 3,999, the smartphone is powered by a 1700 mAh battery is one of the most affordable devices having both, 4G LTE and VoLTE support.  There is a 2-year warranty on the phone and the device can be pre-ordered on HomeShop18 currently.

Flame series is one in the budget range smartphones series from Reliance. It can be noted that LYF Flame 2 and LYF Flame 4 are priced at Rs. 4,799 and Rs. 6,799 respectively while LYF Flame 1 comes with the price tag of Rs. 6490. LYF Flame 2 sports a 4-inch WVGA display, and is powered by a 1GHz quad-core (MT6735M) processor along with 1GB of RAM. Flame 2 comes with an 8GB internal storage and an expandable storage by 32GB using a MicroSD card. Flame 2 comes with a 1500 mAh battery in the phone is claimed to be giving about 7.5 hours of talk time and 190 hours of standby time on 4G network.
