Vivo X6S and X6S plus launched in China

Vivo, the Chinese Smartphone maker has launched two new smartphones in China, the Vivo X6S and  X6S Plus. The current versions of the smartphones are successors to the currently available Vivo X6 and X6 Plus that were launched in December last year. With the new models, Vivo has once again focused on music and audio delivery and features DACs and signal processors. Both the smartphones support Android 5.1 Lollipop, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 SoC, dual-SIM dual standby, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of inbuilt storage with no expansion, the devices once again feature technology from Fingerprint Cards (FPC) and Precise Biometrics, 4G connectivity (with support for Indian LTE bands), Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0 with USB OTG, GPS, Wi-Fi,  and FM radio.

Vivo X6S features:

The Vivo X6S smartphones come with Yamaha YSS-205X signal processor.  Vivo X6S Plus features an ES9028 DAC while Vivo X6S comes with an AKM4375 32-bit DAC. The X6S comes with the 13-megapixel camera same as its predecessors and X6S Plus comes with a high-resolution 16-megapixel camera complete with PDAF.  The X6S bears a 2400mAh battery while Vivo X6S Plus is supported by a 3000mAh battery. The X6S keeps the 5.2-inch full-HD Super AMOLED display of its predecessor, while the X6S Plus maintains the 5.7-inch full-HD Super AMOLED display of the Vivo X6 Plus.  The smartphone comes with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and comes in three colour variants: Silver, Gold and Rose Gold.  The devices come with a proximity sensor, Ambient Light sensor, Accelerometer.
