Hyderabad, is becoming a preferred destination for global technology giants to set up huge campuses outside silicon valley.
Google, the global search giant signed an MOU with Telangana government to build a facility with built up facility of 2 million sft. K. Taraka Rama Rao, IT minister of Telangana who is touring USA to get investments to the newly born state announced the news through a series of tweets.

The largest Google campus outside USA will be built at an investment of 1000crores and can accommodate 6,500 employees.
As per the news, MOU was signed between David Radcliffe. Vice president, Real estate and Work place at Google and Telangana IT secretary Jayesh Ranjan at Google Headquaters in Mountain View, California.
The minister also requested Google to cover Hyderabad under Google Street View
Microsoft, already has largest R&D campus outside USA in Hyderabad. The South Indian city is one of major IT exporter of the country. Recently Hyderabad, has been selected as best Indian city in terms of “Quality of Living”.
