OnePlus’s forthcoming smartphone has had multiple leaks over the past few weeks but finally the OnePlus 2 has been listed on popular website Oppomart as well, days before its official launch. However as of now no images of the smartphone were disclosed.

The price for the device mentioned is $499 which when converted is approximately Rs 31,700. According to the listing on the website, the new OnePlus 2 will feature a 5.7-inch QHD display with a 2056 x 1440 pixel resolution along with a pixel density of 571ppi. It is said to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor paired with 4GB RAM. It will be offered in white and black colour variants. The OnePlus 2 smartphone is listed in two variants based on 16GB and 64GB eMMC 5.0 inbuilt storage.
It would also run on Android 5.1-based Oxygen OS. The listing suggests that the phone will be equipped with a 16MP Sony Exmor IMX234 rear camera along with a 5MP front facing camera. The listing on the website mentioned that the device will include 4G FDD-LTE connectivity along with a non-removable 3300mAh battery.
Only last week, OnePlus made an announcement on its official blog stating that its OnePlus 2 smartphone will get a ‘new and improved’ invite system. The company said on the blog that, “some people thought it was too difficult and time-consuming to obtain an invite or thought it was all some big marketing stunt.” For this reason, a few key improvements to the purchase experience has been made.
